The electrical answering service
that books the job, not a message.
It separates the true hazard from the tripped breaker so your techs drive to real work.

“Cody, an AI assistant with the electrical team. Safety first here. Is anything hot to the touch or smelling burnt?”
02Governance
Every call lands on a finite end state.
The wedge is not voice quality. It is a conversation that declares its boundaries and can be audited afterward.
- Booked on the calendar with a confirmation text
- Escalated to a named human with the reason stated
- Captured as a lead with one owner and one next action
- Closed as out of scope, said plainly, no invented promise
Inbound only. EchoCody does not place outbound sales calls. Missed caller text back runs only with consent and honors STOP immediately.
03What it costs
$1,500 per month, $6,500 build.
One line, one shift, one call at a time is the limit of a front desk. Coverage here does not depend on who is at the phone.
1,000 voice minutes included, one electrical playbook, CRM writeback and calendar booking. Full ladder and terms live in the pricing menu.

Electrical answering service FAQ
- How does the electrical answering service handle after hours calls?
- The same way it handles a call at noon. Cody answers on the first ring, works the approved question set, books against your live calendar and writes the record to your CRM with one owner and one next action. Real emergencies escalate to whoever is on call.
- Does it replace my front desk?
- No. It covers the calls your people cannot reach: overlapping lines, nights, weekends and surge days. Your team works a clean board instead of a voicemail queue.
- What does the caller hear first?
- Every call opens with the disclosure "Cody, an AI assistant with" your brand. It is stated up front on every deployment and it is not conditional.
- Does EchoCody place outbound calls?
- No. EchoCody is inbound only. It answers calls placed to your number and can text back a missed caller with consent. It never dials a prospect on your behalf.
- What happens when the calendar or CRM write fails?
- The agent never invents a confirmation. It states plainly that it cannot complete the booking, captures callback details and routes to a named human.
