Agreement
These terms govern your use of EchoCody, provided by North Star Intelligence LLC. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
EchoCody provisions and operates voice agents that answer, qualify, and book on your behalf, along with related dashboards and integrations.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the scripts, offers, and contact lists you supply, for having a lawful basis to contact each person, and for complying with recording and consent laws in your jurisdictions.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or high risk use. No impersonating a licensed professional. No use for emergency services or medical, legal, or financial advice without a qualified human in the loop.
Fees
Fees, minutes, and any build fee are set out in your order. Invoices are due on receipt unless stated otherwise. Usage beyond the included minutes is billed at the rate in your order.
Availability
We target high availability but the service depends on third party telephony and model providers and is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
Intellectual property
We own the platform. You own your data, scripts, and recordings. You grant us the rights needed to run and improve your deployment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate on thirty days notice. We may suspend immediately for unlawful use or nonpayment.
Governing law
Utah law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules.
